摘要 It is possible to prevent an excessive stoich ratio even if a bypass valve has failed during a low-efficiency generation. A control device (160) monitors an output of a pressure sensor P1 or a current sensor S5. When a failure accompanying a closing failure of the bypass valve B1 has occurred, the open degree of a pressure adjusting valve A1 is increased so as to increase an exhaust amount of a cathode OFF gas and lower the rpm of an air compressor (60). This reduces a discharge amount by the air compressor (60) and prevents generation of an excessive stoich ratio in the fuel cell (40).
