An MP3 AND PMP hanging hat equipped with a holder is provided, which enables to reflect the desire of the young generation. An MP3 AND PMP hanging hat comprises: a cap body equipped with a front visor; and a holder for supporting the MP3 and PMP in the cap body while being detached from the front visor of the cap body. The MP3 and PMP hanging hat can reproduce the moving picture or the music file through PMP or the MP3 player while shading the sunshine. The holder is equipped with a frame for the hanging in which the width is wider than MP3 or PMP; and a fixing plate. |
