An opening and closing valve malfunction detection method of each room heating piping for a boiler using over-heat prevention function is provided to facilitate post management by classifying malfunction of a boiler or a heating piping opening and closing valve. An opening and closing valve malfunction detection method of each room heating piping for a boiler using over-heat prevention function comprises a step(S5) for performing combustion of the boiler; a step(S6) for determining whether the heat exchanger tapping temperature is the standard value or is lower than the superheat temperature; a step(S8) for determining whether the number(i) of desired rooms is same as the number(n) of the room checking out or not; a step(S9) which detects the room where error breaks out when i=n; and a step(S11) which indicates the heating pipe on off valve checked out when there is a room where error breaks out.
