A ground monitoring apparatus is provided to generate an alarm automatically by applying infrared lays transmission and detection mechanism to detect an operator, and to monitor resistance of an electric discharge circuit . A ground monitoring apparatus includes a power unit(500), a first interface(110), a second interface(120), and a comparison and amplification unit. The first interface is electrically combined on end parts of a first and a second conductive lines. The second interface electrically combined on the end part of the first conductive line and earth ground. The comparison and amplification unit is combined electrically on a second end part of the second conductive line through the first interface. The comparison and amplification unit at least one or more first resistance, and compares resistance of the first resistance and the ground resistance. |
