A prefabricated block with various functions is provided to embody various patterns of seawalls and promenade and construct landscape architecture having various structures. A prefabricated block with various functions comprises an unit block(30) which is settled in the surface(10) and contains a through-hole(20) in the center thereof, a post which is inserted into and separated from in the through-hole of the unit block, and a block unit(200) which is fixed with the top of the post and has various functions. In the vegetation space which is formed in order to have the predetermined size and depth on the top of post, a garden block unit(130) of the block unit is vertically inserted in the unit block.
