A feed-through type multilayer condenser array is provided to easily control equivalent series resistance by controlling a position and the number of third inner electrodes which are directly connected to a ground terminal electrode. A condenser element(B1) includes a plurality of insulation layers(11~20), a first signal inner electrode(21~24), a second signal inner electrode(31~34), a first ground inner electrode(41~43), a second ground inner electrode(51~53), and a third ground inner electrode(61,62). At least one insulation layer is positioned between the first signal inner electrode and the first ground inner electrode or the third ground inner electrode. At least one insulation layer is positioned between the second signal inner electrode and the second ground inner electrode or the third ground inner electrode. The first signal inner electrode is connected to a first signal terminal electrode. The second signal inner electrode is connected to a second signal terminal electrode. The first ground inner electrode is connected to a first outer connecting conductor. The second ground inner electrode is connected to a second outer connecting conductor. The third ground inner electrode is connected to a ground terminal electrode, the first outer connecting conductor, and the second outer connecting conductor.
