METHOD FOR DRIVING LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE

A driving method of liquid crystal display is provided to display the optimized image through the simulated data. A driving method of liquid crystal display comprises the provision step, the first acquisition step, the second acquisition step, the correction step and the output step. The provision step provides the electro optics property value of the LCD panel, the chromatic dispersion characteristic value of the back light unit(BLU), the chromatic dispersion characteristic value of color filter(C/F) and the characteristic value of the viewing angle. The first acquisition step obtains the tri-stimulus values by computing based on the characteristic values of the provision step. The second acquisition step is performed to obtain the sampling X 'Y' Z' tri-stimulus values from the XYZ tri-stimulus values of the first acquisition step. The correction step is performed to control the input image. The output step is performed to output the correction image through a display device(90).
