A slag sample using a mold made of fire-resistant porous material is provided to discharge the air existing in a slag picking structure of the mold inside in a process of collecting the slag. A slag sample using a mold made of fire-resistant porous material comprises: a paper tube(10); a mold(20) combined in an area of a bottom part of the paper tube; and a slag sampling structure formed in an inner side of the mold. The mold is made of fire-resistant porous material in order to make the air pass between a slag picking structure. The mold manufactured by the pressure molding with the silica has the slag picking structure.
