For efficient soaking and heat releasing operations using the metal core of a circuit board, a terminal block (3) is constituted of an insulating block body (13) and a plurality of terminals (14 and 14'). A plurality of terminal portions (14b) for the circuit board connections are formed in at least one terminal (14), and are inserted into the individual through holes (16) of a circuit board (2) having a pattern circuit in a surface layer and a conductive metal core (82) at an intermediate portion in the thickness direction, so that the heat of the metal core may be dissipated at the terminals or so that the heat of the pattern circuit and the metal core may be dissipated on the terminal side. A bus bar block (4) is constituted of an insulating block body (18) and a plurality of parallel bus bars (19). The lengths of the bus bars are set in various manners, and the individual terminal portions (19b) at the leading ends of the bus bars of various lengths are inserted into the individual through holes (16) of the circuit board (2). Near exothermic parts (7) mounted on the circuit board (2), the terminal portions (19b) at the tips of the bus bars are inserted into the through holes (16) of the circuit board.
