PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise reduction circuit that makes it easy to take EMC measures by selecting capacitance between a signal ground and a frame ground of electronic control equipment. SOLUTION: For the electronic control equipment 1, provided is the noise reduction circuit which includes a capacitor circuit 6 having a plurality of capacitors 5 (5a, 5b and 5c) mounted in parallel on an internal printed wiring board 2 between the signal ground 3 and frame ground 4 and has a capacitor selecting means 8 comprising switches 7 (7a, 7b and 7c) capable of selecting any capacitors 5 (5a, 5b and 5c) from the capacitor circuit 6.
