ULTRASONIC WAVE GENERATING DEVICE FOR CONTROLLING SOLIDIFICATION STRUCTURE

An ultrasonic generator is provided to effectively make the coagulating structure fine by increasing the transfer capability of the ultrasonic wave by taking advantage of the great strength ultrasonic wave. An ultrasonic generator comprises: a ultrasonic transducer(400) generating the ultrasonic wave and authorizing to the inside of a mold(200); a reflective plate(500) reflecting ultrasonic wave(700) to the inside of the mold by increasing the intensity of the ultrasonic wave reflected in the surface of the mold; and a cooling fluid(600) keeping the ultrasonic transducer under the preset temperature. The ultrasonic transducer includes a transducer horn(420) amplifying the generated ultrasonic wave. It is the integral multiple of the half-wave length that the sum total of the distance to the mold from a reflector and the distance to the reflector from a tip end part(420a) of the transducer horn.
