REVERSING MILL

A reversible coil rolling mill is provided to reduce man power and time by facilitating passing the tip-end of a strip without interfering with utility facilities of the rolling mill. A reversible coil rolling mill(100) comprises: a mandrel(20) in which the coil(C) is inserted, and loosening the strip(S) from the top of coil; a guide plate(50) having two grooves and being installed at the lower part of a movement route and guiding the strip; a guide plate roll(60) which is inserted into two grooves from the lower part; a snub roll support plate(70) being positioned at the upper part of the movement route of the strip and guiding the strip; and a snub roll spreading the tip-end of the bent strip.
