An internal pressure current modeling method of electro static discharge protection device is provided to remarkably reduce the error range of an internal pressure current of an electrostatic discharge protection circuit. The second scaling value according to the area of an ESD protection circuit and the first scaling value according to the circumference of ESD protection circuit are defined. The first equation in two variables is deduced by using the size and the circumference. The first equation is calculated by the first scaling value and the second scaling value. The calculated result is reflected in the static electricity internal pressure current model equation using the circumference and size of ESD as variables.
