Methods for manufacturing high manganese high strength steel and high manganese high strength plated steel sheet are provided to improve formability and secure tensile strength more than 1200MPa of steel sheet by plating the cold rolled steel sheet. A manufacturing method of high manganese steel sheet with superior formability comprises a step of heating a steel slab to 1050~1300°C to equalize, a step of completing a steel sheet through hot-rolling at a temperature of 850~1000°C, a step of winding the steel sheet at a temperature of 700°C or below, a first cold-rolling step of cold-rolling the wound steel sheet at a reduction rate of 10~80%, a step of consecutively annealing the steel sheet at a temperature of 700°C or higher, and a step of a second cold-rolling step of cold-rolling the steel sheet at a reduction rate of 20~40%. |
