An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) panel thereof improving the aperture ratio is provided to reduce the separation distance of the shield electrode and a gate line by forming an shield electrode on a same plane with a data line. A plurality of gate lines(102) and data lines(112) define a pixel region on a substrate. A thin film transistor is formed in the intersection area of data line and gate line. A pixel electrode is formed in the pixel region. The pixel electrode is connected to the thin film transistor. The shield electrode is formed on data line with a same plane with the same material in one or more one side facing the gate line. |
