METHOD FOR IDENTIFICATION AND PARENTAGE USING MICROSATELLITE MARKER IN OLIVE FLOUNDER

An analysis method of genotype of each olive flounder is provided to amplify and analyze eight microsatellite markers of olive flounder and shorten analysis time and expense. A composition which specifically amplifies microsatellite markers of olive flounder of the sequence numbers 1-8 comprises primer pairs of oligonucleotide having sequences 9 and 10, 11 and 12, 13 and 14, 15 and 16, 17 and 18, 19 and 20, 21 and 22, 23 and 24 which specifically amplifies the sequence numbers 1-8. A method for identifying an individual of olive flounder comprises: a step of isolating DNA sample of fish; a step of amplifying the DNA sample using the composition which amplifies the microsatellite marker of olive flounder; and a step of analyzing band pattern of amplified product. A method for identifying parentage of olive flounder comprises: a step of isolating DNA sample of fishes; a step of amplifying the DNA sample; a step of analyzing the band pattern of amplified product; and a step of comparing the band pattern with parental generation fishes.
