A driving direction changing system is provided to reduce the pedal effort of a driver by making the operation of a pedal smooth. A driving direction changing system is composed of a connection shaft(20) which is connected to a hydraulic stepless speed change gear and controls the driving direction, a rotation link(30) which is fixed to the connection shaft to be rotated with the connection shaft, a moving forward pedal(40) and a moving back pedal(50) which are eccentrically connected to the rotation link, a neutral state returning unit(60) for returning the pedals to the neutral state, a neutral state detecting unit(70) detecting the neutral state of the pedals, and a cruise unit maintaining the moving speed by fixing the pedals.
