A clamp for a construction board is provided to assemble or disassemble easily a fence structure such as a fence installed on the boundary of the construction site or a prefabricated soundproof wall. A clamp for a construction board comprises a fixture(110) and a holder(120). The fixture is comprised of a semicircular structure in order to surround a scaffolding. An anchoring bolt(114) is installed on the top of the fixture in order to pressurize the outer circumference of scaffolding and fix it. The holder comprises a fixed piece(122) which is installed in both sides of the fixture and comprises a first curve-cut unit(122a) anchored in one end of the protrusion, a movable piece(124) which is installed in the fixed piece and comprises a second curve-cut unit(124a), and a rivet(126) which couples the fixed piece and movable piece through a guide slot formed in one of the fixed piece and movable piece.
