A method and a system for setting a mobile widget for integrated search are provided to easily select or change a search server transmitting a search request in a search window set by a widget in a standby screen. A server list provider(210) arranges registered engine identifiers on a standby screen of a mobile terminal. A server determining unit(220) associates an engine identifier according to selection about the engine identifier with a search window to set a widget on the standby screen. A keyword determining unit(230) generates a search request by associating with keyword input through the search window. A search request unit(240) transmits the search request to a search server of the engine identifier.
