A method and an apparatus for analyzing a brain blood flow are provided to improve objectivity in analyzing a brain blood flow state by using data measured by a brain blood flow measuring part. A brain blood flow measuring part(11) measures an index value and a graph about a brain blood flow state. An image obtaining part(12) obtains the graph about the brain blood flow measured by the brain blood flow measuring part. An index value obtaining part obtains the index value measured by the brain blood flow measuring part. An image storing part(13) stores the graph about the brain blood flow. An image input/transmitting part(14) sets and transmits an analysis section in the graph about the brain blood flow. An image processing part(15) receives the index value and the graph about the brain blood flow from the index value obtaining part and the image input/transmitting part, and analyzes the brain blood flow state.
