HOT RUNNER NOZZLE FOR AN INJECTION MOLDING DEVICE

A hot runner nozzle for an injection molding device is provided to reduce influence of thermal sync to the viscosity of plastic and lateral deformation of the piston. A hot runner nozzle(10) for an injection molding device comprises one or more nozzle conduits(15) for plastic which end in a nozzle tip(18), and a heater(19) for controlling temperature. The hot runner nozzle is attached to an injection molding tool(13) or the similar part. The heater and the nozzle conduits are arranged side by side within a common housing(11). The housing includes a material reclaiming part located adjacent to the nozzle conduits and dividing the housing adjacent to the heater into sections.
