The movement has a balance spiral type regulating unit with oscillation frequency, and an escapement for sustaining oscillations of the balance spiral type regulating unit. The escapement includes an escapement wheel (11) and an escapement anchor (12) that are cooperated with each other, where the escapement wheel has 50 teeth. The frequency is equal to 5 hertz environment, and a ratio between the number of teeth and the frequency is equal to 5.
