A system for minimizing delay time between terminals and a method thereof are provided to transmit data through multi-hop multicasting using network coding and accumulated multicast modes, thereby shortening data transfer delay between terminals. Destination nodes(130,131) receive data. A source node(110) determines the destination nodes and transmits the data by determining routing to the destination node. A plurality of mediate nodes(120~123) codes received data and transmits the coded data to the adjacent nodes to a node having a good channel state based on data transmission speed.
