Seamless compression knitwear and method for its production

The knit part has a needle bed accomplished with a set of elastic knitted threads and a filling thread. Number of stitch wales in a tubular part is higher than sum of stitch wales in a base tubular part. Diameter of the tubular part is unchanged during discharge of tubular knitted fabrics in the base tubular part, and an insertion of the tubular part in the base tubular part is performed in a stitch course manner. The contraction of the tubular part is limited by maximizing mismatching way of the needle bed. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a seamless compression knit part.
