<p>An U-shaped implant (3) including a shock absorbing intermediate portion (5), and side portions (6) envelopes the spinous process of a fifth lumbar vertebra (L5). A link (4) crossing through the intermediate portion engaged between the spinous processes of (L5) and a first sacral vertebra (S1), forms side strands that travel alongside or cross the side portions. The side strands are connected to each other so as to stick the intermediate portion against the lower edge of the spinous process of the lumbar vertebra.</p> |
