Device for mounting a cylinder of a printing unit comprises a bearing block with a radial bearing that can be moved in linear bearings in a control direction. The mounting is a bearing unit in the form of a modular component that can be assembled in one piece and has bearing elements that allow relative movement of the bearing block. Independent claims are also included for: (1) Alternative device; (2) Printing unit; and (3) Process for adjusting a print on position.
