An IP(Internet Protocol) phone and a method of managing messages are provided to store a message received into each terminal in a memory unit of a main body, thereby sharing messages between terminals. A plurality of terminals(120a~120c) is registered to be distinguishable. A memory unit(113) is comprised of a plurality of memories(113a~113c) corresponding to each terminal. The memory unit stores a message received to each terminal through an internet in a memory corresponding to each terminal. A central processing unit(114) controls access authority of each terminal about the message stored in the memory. |
