A temperature compensation apparatus of an optical sensor capable of the brightness control which is exact through the temperature compensation is provided to completely offset the temperature component of the optical sensor and the exact light brightness control. A temperature sensor(20) compensates for a temperature component of a light sensor. A first semiconductor layer is arranged on the first substrate. First source/drain electrodes are separated on the semiconductor layer. An insulating layer(18) is arranged on first source/drain electrodes. A light shielding layer is arranged on a second substrate faced on the first substrate. A liquid crystal layer is inserted between the first substrate and the second substrate.
