IN PLANE SWITCHING MODE LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE HAVING OPTICAL COMPENSATION FILM

An in-plane switching mode liquid crystal display device including an optical compensatory film for improving opposite angle direction high contrast ratio is provided to improve the contrast ratio of a diagonal viewing angle and reduce the luminance of a dark state. A first polarizing plate(105) is positioned in a lower part of an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) panel(110). The first polarizer includes a first polarizing device(103) between a first supporting body and a second supporting body. A second polarizer is positioned in the upper part of the LCD panel. The second polarizer includes a third supporter, and first/second optical compensation films and a second azimuth rotator positioned between the third supporter and the first/second optically compensatory film. The first optically compensatory film is positioned between the second optically compensatory film and LCD panel.
