Vehicle sub mat textile and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to offer excellent durability and abrasion resistance in high elongation, and to prevent secession of file with dense texture. A manufacturing method of vehicle sub mat textile includes the following steps of: performing an original yarn preparing step in which a material of the vehicle sub mat textile is formed(S100); performing a weaving step in which base textile of triple structure with a double raschel mode(S200); performing a cutting step in which the weaved base textile is cut with a unit having a band knife(S300); and dyeing the mat for adding colors, designs, or functionality(S400). |
