A cushion and height adjustment apparatus for shoes is provided, which enables to control cushion and height of the shoes to the optimum state in exercise or climbing the mountain. A cushion and height adjustment apparatus for shoes comprises: footwear equipped with the midsole member and outsole member; a rotator(210) which is possible to rotate in the longitudinal direction of the shoes; an adjusting element(200) in which the moving body(220) fixed in the direction orthogonal to the rotation axis is equipped; and a cushion and height adjustment member(300) which is fixed to the moving body and is rotated according to the moving body. In the rotator, the screw part(211) is formed.
