A structure of a fire door and a door frame therefor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to protect human life effectively because heat and smoke caused by fire is prevented from leaking through a gap between a fire door and door frame. A manufacturing method of a fire door and a door frame therefor comprises a step(S10) which cuts a steel plate into the door shape or the door frame shape; a step(S20) which forms a plurality of concavo-convexes on the edge of the steel plate; a step(S30) which curve-cuts the edge of the steel plate and arranges the concavo-convex on the top and bottom; and a step(S40) which welds the part in which the curve-cut steel plate contacts. |
