A navigation apparatus and a method for providing information of TBT(turn-by-turn position) is provided to allow a user to recognize a TBT easily with a simple operation while supplying a TBT list including TBT information which is displayed as a ratio according to the distance to TBT. In a navigation apparatus and a method for providing information of TBT(turn-by-turn position), a GPS receiving module(10) receives GPS signal and calculates position, and a controller(20) receives the position information from the GPS receiving module and display it with map information. The controller controls the operation of the GPS receiving module while supplying more than two TBTs, and a storage(30) stores the map information. A TBT list displays more than two display regions which is arranged in row direction.
