A grinding apparatus of a rolling mill is provided to reduce the times of regular and/or irregular replacement of the work roller by keeping the work roller suitable for rolling. A grinding apparatus of a rolling mill comprises, a main body(110) having a receiving part formed in a section and transferred by a feed roller to a work roller of the rolling mill, and a grinding part(120) arranged in the receiving part of the main body. The grinding part is composed of a grinding roller(123) which is mounted on the receiving part to move up and down, and an elastic member(122) supporting the portion of the grinding roller to the outside of the main body. |
