An energy utility line is as follows. Geothermal heat exchangers(1) are embedded in the underground single duct(4) or the underground common duct(5). In the underground single duct, one of an utility lines(3) such as a power cable, a communications cable, a gas pipe, a sewerage pipe, a water supply pipe, a rainwater pipe, a sanitary pipe etc. is embedded.
