STATIC DISCHARGING CABLE TRAY

摘要

A static dissipate cable tray is provided to maintain a surface resistance of an optimal range by thermally depositing aluminum on a surface of a veil. A static dissipate cable tray includes a veil(226). The veil comprises a non-woven(11) and aluminum(22). An aluminum powder is heated in a nitrogen tank at a temperature of 1400~1600°C. A molten aluminum is absorbed on one surface of the non-woven which passes through the nitrogen tank. When the non-woven is passed between press rollers(33), the aluminum is thermally deposited on one surface of the non-woven. The veil is pressed with a component of the cable tray. The veil forms a surface of the component of the cable tray.
