A PCB strip, an assembly apparatus and a method thereof are provided to improve process efficiency and productivity through an additional PCB stage and an interval control of a guide rail. A PCB strip includes a PCB main body(10), a plurality of units(20), a display mark(30), and an alignment hole(40). A plurality of units is arranged to the PCB main body with a fixed interval. The PCB main body is expanded into a width direction. The PCB main body is divided into a first operation region(50) and a second operation region(60). A plurality of units is point-symmetrically arranged to the first operation region and the second operation region. The display mark displays information of each unit. The alignment hole is formed in an edge of one side of the PCB main body with a fixed interval.
