A microwave oven with a cooking completion detecting unit is provided to sense cooking completion easily because the vibration which is generated while the soup boils if the cooking of the food in which has the soup is finished is sensed. A microwave oven with a cooking completion detecting unit comprises a tray(96) which is prepared in a cavity(74), a vibration sensor(100) which is prepared in the tray; a controller which determines cooking completion according to an electric signal received from the vibration sensor; and an output unit which outputs the signal of the cooking completion according to the signal received from the controller.
