VACUUM INTERRUPTER AND PRODUCTION METHOD OF METAL SEAL CUP FOR VACUUM INTERRUPTER

A vacuum interrupter and a manufacturing method of a metal seal cup for the same are provided to improve reliability of vacuum sealing by arranging a metal seal cup between a ceramic vessel and an open/close shaft or a supporting shaft. A supporting shaft(4) supports a fixed contact(3). A movable contact(2) is moved to a position contacted with the fixed contact or a position separated from the fixed contact. An open/close shaft(1) is connected to the movable contact in order to displace the movable contact. A ceramic insulation vessel(9) receives the fixed contact and the movable contact. A bottom metal seal cup(7b) is connected between the ceramic insulation vessel and the supporting shaft. A top metal seal cup(7a) is connected between the ceramic insulation vessel and the open/close shaft. A bellows(5) is connected between the top metal seal cup and the open/close shaft. The bellows movably supports the open/close shaft.
