A driving direction changing system is provided to reduce the pedal effort of a driver by making the operation of a pedal smooth by supporting a connection shaft with bearings. A driving direction changing system is composed of a connection shaft(20) which is connected to a hydraulic stepless speed change gear and controls the driving direction, a rotation link(30) which is fixed to the connection shaft to be rotated with the connection shaft, a moving forward pedal(40) and a moving back pedal(50) for rotating the connection shaft, and a neutral state returning unit(60) for returning the pedals to the neutral state. The connection shaft has a first bearing(21) and a second bearing to support the connection shaft to the main body of a tractor, and the rotation link is fixed between the first and second bearings.
