A wire rod guiding device is provided to increase the quality of a wire rod product by reducing the cooling declination of the wire by uniformly cooling the wire passing through a water cooling zone. A wire rod guiding device comprises: a head mounted one or both of an inlet and outlet of a wire cooler; and a fluid spray unit(50) guiding a wire(100) by spaying fluid(F) to the progressing wire, mounted at the head. The head includes: a first head(10) arranged in the bottom side of the progressing wire; and a second head(30) arranged in the top side of the progressing wire, having the fluid spray unit. The fluid spray unit is consisting of a nozzle hole or a nozzle unit spaying the fluid to the wire.
