A vacuum forming pattern tray and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to produce vacuum forming tray having various patterns by bolding and vacuum forming a polypropylene film and a cast polypropylene film including a printed layer. A manufacturing method of a vacuum forming pattern tray comprises a step of coating an aqueous adhesive on one side of a sheet in which a layer of specific color is coated, a step of making a laminated sheet of cast polypropylene film and polypropylene film by contacting a printed layer of the cast polypropylene film having various patterns to the polypropylene film and then pressing the films, and a step of drying the laminated sheet and vacuum-forming the laminated sheet into the shape of tray.
