A painting machine for high speed operation is provided to recognize a film fault in advance by determining a state of painting while performing painting operation with semi-automatic. A painting machine for high speed operation comprise the followings: a paint spray unit(11); a moving unit(13) performing painting operation by moving a paint spray unit, and connected with the paint spray unit; a common camera and an infrared camera(15) taking a photograph of a painted surface; a monitor indicating photographing information of cameras; and an operator operating the paint spray device and the moving unit.
