A constant flow rate control valve is provided to simplify component parts and to reduce the size of valve using a conical coil spring. A constant flow rate control valve comprises: a flux controller discharging the drain water of fixed amount regardless of the variable supply water amount; an exhausting part(140) discharging the fluid passing through the flux controller, supporting the to the power of the stream passage direction; and a valve cover(110) connected with the exhausting part in order to prevent flux controller from being separated from the exhausting part by the power of the flow path opposite direction.
