A multi-joint welding fixing device of permanent magnet type is provided to cut down the cost by reducing the consumption of the steel plate. A multi-joint welding fixing device of permanent magnet type comprises: a support stand(102), a joint(101), a fixture(104) and a permanent magnet module(106). The support stand fixes the two fixtures. The joint is positioned in both ends of the support stand. And the angle of fixture is controlled. The fixture is connected to the joint. The permanent magnet module is fixed. The permanent magnet module is adhered to the fixture, and a moving magnet(107), a stationary magnet(108) and a correction magnet(109) are included.
