An exhaust gas purification apparatus of a vehicle is provided to absorb tolerance of shell and to improve assembly because the shell fitting portion controlling the length of shell is formed at both ends of shell. An exhaust gas purification apparatus of a vehicle comprises a carrier(110) which purifies exhaust gas, a support mat(120) which covers the carrier, a shell(130) which houses the carrier and support mat, an end-cone(140) which contacts with both sides of the shell and forms an intake unit and an exhaust unit, and a shell fitting unit(131) which is curve-cut into the shell so that the length of shell is controlled. The distance between the shell fitting units formed in both ends of the shell is constant.
