A carrier assembly for semiconductor package is provided to secure a moving space and prevent the secession of the carrier by integrating a guide part with a frame and a carrier. A carrier(100) comprises a pocket(101) penetrating a semiconductor package. A frame(200) comprises a carrier mounting part(210) which across in a z-axis to be mounted on the carrier. A stopper member(300) suppresses the secession of the carrier mounted on the carrier mounting part. When the frame is in a horizontal state, the guide unit(400) guides the carrier to be located in the centering position to the carrier mounting part. When the frame is in a vertical state, the guide unit guides the carrier to move in the third direction.
