A system and a method for preventing phishing by using multi channels in online are provided to supply personally identifiable information on a web screen, thereby fundamentally preventing phishing from the outside. A card business service is applied(S102). A web server of a corresponding company demands approval number input to a non-customer user(S103). The non-customer user connects an ARS call by a call server authentication ASP system(S104). Personal identification information for the card business service request is inputted(S105). If the card service approval is made, a user approval number is provided for the user(S106). If a login request is received, the login is approved according to whether the input approval number is identical with the approval number from the call server authentication ASP system(S107). The non-customer user determines whether a site is approved(S108). Card business service application information is inputted(S109).
