A disjoint/joint tool of a base bolt of a thrust bearing assembly of a reactor coolant pump is provided to reduce the number of operators by moving a gripping part for gripping a head of a base bolt on a rail. A rail(10) is installed in a bottom part of a thrust bearing assembly(TBA). A U type frame(20) includes a receiving space(21) and a fixing bolt(24). A roller(30) is arranged in the receiving space of the frame. The roller is moved on the rail. A flexible arm(40) includes at least two or more hinge shafts. A nut(50) fixes the flexible arm to the fixing bolt. A control bolt(60) is coupled in a screw hole of the flexible arm. A gripping member(70) includes a handle, a head part, and a rotation body. A socket is detachably installed on a top surface of the rotation body. A wrench(80) rotates the rotation body. A balance control unit(90) maintains balance of the frame.
