Boiled pork mixed with a sauce and vegetables and the preparation method thereof are provided to prevent the generation of carcinogenic materials and to eliminate the odor of pork by boiling the pork instead of roasting. A method for preparing boiled pork mixed with a sauce and vegetables comprises: the first step of boiling or steaming pork and chopping or slicing it; the second step of thinly chopping or shredding vegetables; the third step of preparing a sauce; and the fourth step of mixing the pork, vegetables, a sauce, sesame oil, sesame and salted shrimps. The vegetables represent onion, unripe pepper, red pepper, cucumber and leek. The sauce is composed of soy sauce, vinegar, Cheongyang pepper, thinly cut ginger, thinly cut onion and Chinese pepper. |
